Our Staff
All of our staff are extremely knowledgeable, certified, and have years of real experience. Unlike our corporate competitors, we don’t take unskilled staff and make them memorize a set of preconditioned responses. Our staff is friendly, personal, and enjoy helping our clients. Our goal is to inform our clients about their computers and explain why problems happen and how to avoid them in the future. We take pride in teaching as we work so that you can feel comfortable with your computer. Our clients are encouraged to ask questions while the technician is on-site so that they get the most out of our experience and knowledge. This is a unique approach in the computer industry, and our clients absolutely love it.
Gregory Feathers - President and Owner
Greg is an experienced systems and Network Administrator but has performed all sorts of information technology tasks from networking, server management, web design, database management, technical support, and server backups for over 15 years. He has supported Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, desktops and operating systems as well as Microsoft Exchange Servers and VMware virtualization. Greg has been working on computers since elementary school and has always had a passion for technology. While serving in the US Navy, he developed and maintained a Microsoft Access database that gained him recognition by the Secretary of The Navy. Afterwards, Greg worked in a Houston school district servicing computers and networks before starting Innovative Computer Repair Service in 2009.

Tiffani Feathers - Marketing and Operations Manager
Tiffani has worked with art and composition since she was very young. Growing up in an artistic household helped nurture these talents. In college, Tiffani broadened these scopes and graduated from the University of st. Thomas, majoring in Environmental studies with a concentration in Communication and minors in philosophy and theology. Tiffani has worked in several industries and has performed several roles, which have given her a unique perspective on business marketing. Using the ideas and concepts from her experience, she is able to create marketing plans for businesses of all types. While not a traditional marketer, Tiffani is able to think like a customer instead of a marketer in order to develop extraordinary marketing strategies that effectively reach potential clients. Tiffani is "the voice" of Innovative Computer Repair Service and handles the day to day business operations including scheduling appointments, finding potential clients and customer relations.
