Our on-site computer repair service and consultations are done by appointment only. When calling to make an appointment please consider that a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. Your consent for service and availability during the appointment will be necessary. If you are a client that requires frequent scheduling don't forget about our on-site IT support packages.

You can expect the computer repair technician to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. We do our best to arrive within the allotted time but sometimes unforeseen circumstances prohibit timely travel. In the event that there will be a delay longer than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment the technician will call to notify you of the delay.

Upon arrival the computer repair technician will greet and identify himself. They will ask a few questions regarding your issue and might have you demonstrate the computer problem. After the computer repair service has been completed, the computer repair technician will provide an understandable and concise verbal and written statement regarding procedures used to rectify the situation or problem. If your particular computer issue requires the replacement of parts either the computer will need to be taken off premises for repair or another appointment will be made to acquire and replace the part.

Payment will be expected at the time of service.
